Feature request - Bulk Tag management

Manage Tagging, two possible implementations: view with list of all module items
- and a drop-down list of all tags at the top of the list with checkboxes by each item
- and an auto-complete textbox of tags at the top of the list with checkboxes by each item
- item line should indicate current tags
For bulk manage tags, we might want to also allow bulk delete of tags from selected items (though we can currently completely delete the tag, this would be remove a given tag from only some items)

I have this working locally, however it doesn't go back to the correct page (goes back to the Manage Tags page)
Will appear as a list of all items in the module with a select checkbox and showing all tags for that item. At the bottom of that list are two auto-complete fields to 'Add Tags' and 'Remove Tags'.
