Create SuperAdmin Account

I have just tried to log into britishtrolley.org.uk admin, but was unable to do so. I logged in with the dleffler lighthouse2 superadim account to find that my login has disappeared!! That login has not changed, you should still have detais if you need to log in.
How do I recreate my own superadmin account please?

I have recreated my login, but just as a normal admin. User petersh .
