Bug: When moving a help doc, we should also move children

When you change the 'Help Section' of a help doc, it effectively moves it to a new help section...however it will somewhat 'orphan' and child help docs since they are still assigned to the original 'Help Section', but are not pulled in since their parent isn't on that page.
