Update "summarize" plugin function for better implementaiton

Replacing all use of the summarize:para in views with summarize:paralinks in conditions where the link can be displayed (NOT in href link title=...)

Add ellipses to the end of a summarized para when there is more text available

Filter out smartquotes and other html characters which aren't straight text

Remove breaks (
) as an end of summary condition. Summaries still break for para's and div's, but this mod allows multi-line summaries.
