Update "summarize" plugin function for better implementaiton

  1. Replacing all use of the summarize:para in views with summarize:paralinks in conditions where the link can be displayed (NOT in href link title=...)

  2. Add ellipses to the end of a summarized para when there is more text available

  3. Filter out smartquotes and other html characters which aren't straight text

  4. Remove breaks (
    ) as an end of summary condition. Summaries still break for para's and div's, but this mod allows multi-line summaries.
