Feature request - Add a facebook post feature/module

Might be nice to allow a 'post to facebook' also feature similar to 'eAlerts'. If the option is turned on in a module (events, news, blog, etc...), it would create a checkbox to also post to facebook. Perhaps even a view to allow simply posting a facebook status. Would require setup like a twitter module.
