Feature Request - Add ability to run 'upgrade scripts' from the slingbar?

It would be nice to be able to run (some) of the upgrade scripts from the slingbar instead of running a complete upgrade to convert/migrate data, etc... This is esp. needed for the optional scripts.
- we'd probably need another property to flag which upgrade scripts could be run from the menu
- we might have to clean up the output of those upgrade scripts to run within the context of the running site instead of the install/upgrade context.
