Feature Request - Add ability to run 'upgrade scripts' from the slingbar?

It would be nice to be able to run (some) of the upgrade scripts from the slingbar instead of running a complete upgrade to convert/migrate data, etc... This is esp. needed for the optional scripts.

we'd probably need another property to flag which upgrade scripts could be run from the menu
we might have to clean up the output of those upgrade scripts to run within the context of the running site instead of the install/upgrade context.
