Feature request - Add non-categorized grouping of items by date

We already group items in expPaginator by alpha if they are not categorized to provide a rolodex type output, perhaps it would also be nice to do the same group by month/year if the sort type is by date and still do the alpha sort if grouped by alpha or manual.
