Bug: search spider run during install creates links with 'install' prefix

Result is that ALL search returns will launch installer. since they are prefaced with '/install/index.php'
Quick fix is to 'Regenerate Search Index' from Exponent menu.
Culprit seems to be 'makeLink' / 'expRouter->makeLink'
