Bug: nested container display anomaly

#629

If you nest containers several layers deep, you may end up with a double chrome (a green one w/ user/group perms, configure action/view, remove, & help but w/o ordering; and a blue one /w user/group perms, ordering, & help). Another issue is the 'scope' of that container is empty '()'

To get this to appear...add a container module to the hard-coded container with a 3-column view, in one of the columns add a container module (so you can place multiple items in that column) and it'll be displayed for this deepest container.

(from [c39b13bc54233c6a9c927b61752627f96a8f360d]) Fixes some container issues, nested container display anomaly, and a problem where nested containers wouldn't seem to update a change in their view, also fixes a bad call to $this in old school modules (since they don't instantiate) [#629 Bug: nested container display anomaly state:resolved responsible:dleffler milestone:2.1.1] https://github.com/exponentcms/exponent-cms/commit/c39b13bc54233c6a...
