Bug: CKeditor contentCSS makes too many assumptions

Instead of just loading 'base-styles.css' from the theme folder, we should probably load all the styles from the current theme?

Also provides a better implementation of displaying the theme style inside the editor itself, inlcuding the auto-additon of theme based styles parsed fro the editor stylesheet. simpletheme and simpletheme Fall editor stylesheets included. still need editor stylesheets for other included themes.
