Bug: File Manager/Uploader won't return files to the Editor if switched to uploader and back

It appears that if you upload a file from inside the editor, that as you leave the uploader, back to the file manager and click on the "Use this image' button, it returns to the editor's 'insert image' dialog with no filename.
