File Uploads - don't work for IE9 (2.0.2)

Tried a lot of things but eventually gave up and tried Firefox - worked first time.
I'm in the text editor, want to use an image. Need to upload it, so navigate through to Upload Files.
On IE 9 I can select the files, I see the 0% beside each file - but when I hit Upload Files - nothing happens.
No error messages, nothing in server logs, just nothing happens.
Try exactly the same thing (same site, same user, same file, etc.) - works first time under Firefox.
Try the same thing from Slingbar Files|Upload Files.
Windows 7 Home, 64-bit, IE 9/0.8112.16421, Shockwave Flash Object 11.1.102.55 (also seen this on a customer's Windows computer, so not just me.)
Firefox 7.01 and 8.0, Shockwave Flash 11.1.102.55 Plugin. All good.
