Bug: Pixidou missing handle for cropping and resizing

Hi I found a bug for croping and resizing function. When you want crop or resize image so handler on left and right side is missing because it is on left and right corner. I attache printscreen with description.

This may be a simple css update
As an aside, these commands to not work inside Internet Explorer.

(from [2220ee548b215ef008c14fb0224c987c12349384]) Fix issue where left/right handle on Pixidou crop/resize was at the top corner instead of side center. Problem in in YUI css files, so switched to editor local copy. Still can't get pixidou to work with local nor remote yui 2.9.0 javascript libraries, only 2.6.0 remote [#371 state:resolved] https://github.com/exponentcms/exponent-cms/commit/2220ee548b215ef0...
