Do an 'install Tables' after selecting theme (to look for those definitions (modules & models too?)

Now that we allow custom (database table) definitions in the theme, we'll need to do an install table to at least include them after selecting a theme in the install routine and also the administrationController

fwiw, the install_tables method has been separated as a new administrationController method to make it more usable across several implementations. And since themes are managed inside the same controller, this implementation will be fairly easy.
