'Remove Unused Tables' needs updating to account for table 'definitions' in module folders

Though many of the table definitions now rside in their owning module folder, the remove unused tables function doesn't know to look there and will say all those tables are unneeded. Pretty bad since this is ALL the data for the 2.0 modules.
Short fix is to disable the menu item for now. Long-term fix for at least 'Stable' is to fix the function to also look in the module folders.

(from [203d22ee8e811afd5aae35df1b7dda841f5b14ad]) Updated 'Remove Unused Tables' function to recognize new definitions locations in core and modules folders. Also removed a foreach loop in all install_tables function since there is now only one consolidated location for system & 1.0 definitions.
