Updated 'Remove Unused Tables' function to recognize new
definitions locations in core and modules folders. Also removed a
foreach loop in all install_tables function since there is now only
one consolidated location for system & 1.0 definitions. Lastly,
updated some of the example upgrade scripts that refered to old
definitions locations.
