User/Group permissions & other wide tables overflow column

When loading the module permissions in Retrotheme the permssions break across the right side of the theme.
Permission headers need to be smaller or iconic or something..

    (from [e3eded20de7bca2c69d1135e49eac2a64329927d]) Adds horizontal scrolling to user/group permissions and form module view data. Previously these tables flowed over the side of the column and looked ugly. Seems to work with all browsers (ie9, chrome, & firefox)
