Feature request: add pre-filled form module controls/fields

Not to be confused with default values...there are instances when you could use a data field that you do NOT want the user to (initially) enter or have control over, yet would allow the form admin to maintain/edit/update the data later. E.g., like a 'paid' checkbox or a 'link' you want to appear on the showall view as a field (static text only appears in 'enter' or 'show' views.
