Feature request: display/segregate forms used by modules

Though the specific problem is a single form with saved data being used/assigned to multiple event registrations, we should display the list of modules/event registrations using a particular form. Even moreso, we should probably limit the list of forms available to those event registrations not having already been used/assigned, or at least warn the user.
