Feature request - Add an optional auto-tweet feature to news, etc...

Add an optional 'also tweet' feature for new/edited events, news items, blog posts, file downloads, etc..?
As a note, we have something similar for 'tweets' on the actual post or filedownload itself, but maybe need to add 'tweet button' to news posts and events?
