Bug: For custom form report we don't have access to the fields names

Probably more of a feature request, but you MUST know the control identifier to build a custom from report (used for show/showall_portfolio & emails) and the list above uses the control caption/name, NOT the identifier.
A better solution would be to incorporate a list of available fields in a plugin, etc... to the editor for that page (ckeditor has a feature/plugin that might do this)
