Might be a larger scope issue as this situation also applies to flowplayer and youtube (at least in ie9) , but isn't a result of migration. At least for the module/container menu.

Yes, it does apply to all flash objects. However, we can't control the embed code the user is pasting in to the new youtube mod. We'll have to support this with documentation. We CAN control flowplayer, however. That should be a new ticket....

(from [8eec184bd255ea9c43433dd822c6fd7796aa1fe0]) [#84 state:resolved] Flowplayer & YouTube modules needed a 'wmode = opaque (or transparent)' inside the <object...> and as a parameter to the youtube embed code and flowplayer parameters. https://github.com/exponentcms/exponent-cms/commit/8eec184bd255ea9c...

(from [b7354589d88847241453dc8075ab0d1ee04d4e0c]) Fixes problem w/ YouTube & IE9 where video (flash) would cover drop-down menus. HOWEVER, this problem MAY occur for migrated YouTube videos since they come over as Code Snippets (since that's what they were in 1.0) [#84 state:resolved] https://github.com/exponentcms/exponent-cms/commit/b7354589d8884724...
