* Feature request - Need a priority system for the upgrade scripts

Need to have some sort of a priority system for upgrade scripts, since some should be run before others and still others can be left until last. Currently just pull them in from the folder in whatever order.
May best be fulfilled by adding a tag to the front of the filename...e.g., 1_upgrade.php would run first, z_upgrade.php would run last?
