Bug - Group permissions problem after 2.0.9 patch4 applied

I updated my one site to 2.0.9 patch4 this morning and tried editing page permissions for a group.
unchecking a view box (with manage already unchecked) and saving
changes does nothing.
checking a manage box and saving changes will save ok but cannot be
revoked (as for view perms above)
