Bug: Uncategorized groups can't be brought up by themselves

Though we can bring up categorized groups by themselves by clicking on the category name (say in filedownloads), the 'group' number is not part of the 'Uncategorized' url, nor does expPaginator take a group of '0' to mean uncategorized only.
