Bug: eCommerce showall view doesn't mind the 'category to display' view setting

from the forums:
I added a few products in a couple different categories... When I
add/edit an 'E-Commerce Store Front' module with content action
'All Products and Categories' and content display 'Default', it
shows all the categories as selections... If I try to show products
from just one Category using the 'Configure Settings' function, it
does not seem to save all the configuration options, i.e. 'Category
to Display'. Therefore, it doesn't show only the category I select.
Any thoughts?
FYI, I do get this error message at the top of that module in the page... Notice: Undefined property: product::$sc.rank in /homepages/39/d93909893/htdocs/demo/exponent/framework/core/subsystems/expPaginator.php on line 245.
