Feature request - add per-item comment disabling

Reported by dleffler | August 19th, 2012 @ 06:18 PM | in 2.1.0 (closed)

Might be nice to have an option to disable comments per item.

In theory, there would be a module config setting to display a dropdown/checkbox/radio group in the edit blog item display to disable comments for that item with a default of comments/no comments.
