When I make first install :
framework/modules/ File Not Found ??

You'll have to be more descriptive...
- what version of exponent are you using
- was this a clean install?
- what type of server are you using?
- what version of php?
- how far into the install process did you get?
- did you use the entire installation url to begin www.yoursite.org/install/index.php?
