form module fails to save to database if email settings are incorrect

If the email settings in the site config are not set correctly (i.e. to a valid email address), the form does not get processed and data is not saved to the database. The data should get saved even if the email fails.

Code doesn't seem to show a problem...perhaps fixed in my modded code? Sounds more like an expMail problem, if anything.
