Link Browser in CKeditor returns encoded urls
Reported by dleffler | 2011-03-16 01:29:19 UTC
In CKeditor, when using the link broswer to select a section to
return, the url is incoded.
/history%23mod_319 instead of
/history#mod_319 this does not affect selecting pages nor does it
affect FCKeditor
