Upgrade: Swiftmailer to v4.1.4

Swiftmailer v4.1.4 has been released, main fix is to attachments and since we don't use them, this would only be to do it as an incremental upgrade.
In particular, most of our plugins throw 'Trying to get property of non-object', 'Undefined offset', and 'Undefined index' warnings since we don't properly check to see if the property/index exists before accessing it.
