Migrating content with user refs is not converted to new user id's

Except for the admin user (#1), any reference to a user (id) in migrated content will point to the wrong record. I the case of the calendar module this displays on the selected side as an empty bracket "()" for a non-existing user id.

Migration now brings over users and groups maintaining the id#...should alleviate this problem in most instances if all users and all groups are migrated as-is.
