Update: products/datatypes should be renamed to products/models

Since all the other datatypes were renamed to models to keep with the 'MVC' naming, we should probably alos change the datatypes folder in ecommerce/products to 'models'
Would also require updating exponent_php_setup.php (line #~53) and storeController.php (line #~1037). I don't have a running e-commerce installation to update and verify.
