Move 'printer-friendly' file to eliminate the need for the "common" theme folder
Reported by dleffler | July 31st, 2011 @ 05:48 PM | in Release Candidate 2 (closed)
Since the 'themes/common/printer-friendly/index.php' file is a part of the 'system' it should also be moved into the framework folder. Therby eliminating the common 'theme'. The end rsult is that only 'themes' would be in the theme folder AND it could be trimmed down to ONLY the one single theme a user wants.

reference is only found in subsystems/theme.php line 840 which is only called from (root) /index.php line 90.
Perhaps it could be renamed to printer-friendly.php and placed in the 'framework/core' folder (similar to router_maps.php). Would require a change to lines 840/841 and also updating each theme folders to similar change 'printer-friendly/index.php' becomes 'printer-freindly.php' (as needed).
