Flowplayer Audio Files

You can add a mp3 file to the flowplayer module but it does not display the player on the screen unless the file is a video file.

(from [a3797c10ccc761aa69f518fd136f85ad636ef5fe]) Added hard default video size settings if no config set yet. Actually, the problem was (likely?) also for video files. When you created a new flowplayer (or any) module, it has no configuration settings stored, so when you added the first video which uses a default width/height from the module config, it defaults to 0x0 and you can't see it.
