Move generic controller methods into parent expController

#207

Several functions seem to be redundant in the controllers, such as "name" "hasSources" "hasViews" "hasContent" "supportsWorkflow" "isSearchable"
These could all be placed in expController as a default and only appear in the specific subclasses (other controllers) when it needs to be different. Some of these appear in the controllser and are NOT in expController.

This would also require some documenation (online) about creating new controllers/modules and what defaults were available.

FWIW, this is already the case with "Permissions"
