Reported by dleffler | May 30th, 2011 @ 01:33 AM | in Release Candidate 1 (closed)
When going to the page after the migration database settings, the page appears without css and doesn't contain the appropriate links to go to the next page.

This is a timeout issue when connecting to a remote site from the current site.

If during the migration, the process exceeds the php.ini max_execution_time (default of 30 sec), then the page will appear broken instead of returning an (friendly) error message.

is it producing a fatal error? Can we get away with just putting a message on the page before running the script that they may need to bump up that time?
