Bug: DB Manager WYSIWYG Editor errors v2.4.2p1

Several regression bugs in v2.4.2patch1
- WYSIWYG Editor will crash breaking all the javascript on the page
due to increased security in Adminer 4.4.0 - the hidden calendar
widget text box isn't hidden so you'll see two text boxes
