Bug: elFinder gets 'lost' after return form Pixlr image editor

While the actions taken on Pixlr are copied back to your server, the file manager window contains only text on exit from Pixlr.
- it'll show a json upload error if leaving Pixlr without saving
- it'll show the page source if leaving Pixlr with a save or save copy
