Feature Request: Add Link Manager view for alpha sort

Please add a view to the Link Manager that displays links in alphabetic or reverse alphabetic order.

(from [dd543b3a388e8b67a3a836d33bd6f0df9f9784bf]) Adds alpha and reverse alpha sort to links module via module configuration setting. Also cleans up configuration.
