Calendar Upcoming Events Headlines view doesn't limit number of events displayed

View should limit # of displayed events based on configuration setting

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
(from [d278d91ac694f6600c3059cc79d8e008cfd87594]) Fixes Upcoming Events - Headlines view to limit number of events displayed to the configuration value. Also adds a "More Events" link to display all upcoming events.
