Set migrated module config to display migrated/attached files

Migration should set a valid module configuration to display
migrated file since the migrated file was a picture being
displayed. Applies to:
* Portfolio * News

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
(from [6322927cc6519e7f8792dd0fbc82a5931605eb61]) Display migrated files in portfolio (listings) and news items as in old codeline. More of a fudge which will need to be finetuned by user for best display.
Also deletes old configs, rss, eAlerts when set to clear database on content migration.
