Feature request: update php less compilers

There are updated php less libraries

  • less.php is at 1.7.0.3 (we use 1.7.0.2)
  • lessphp is at 0.5.0 (we use 0.4.0) - will NOT compile bootstrap 3
  • iless is at 1.6.5 - we do NOT include this library, but some say it's faster than less.php for compiling bootstrap 3, doesn't have a lessphp (easy) wrapper like less.php (and of course lessphp) include.
