Bug: Manage Category issues

  • When managing categories for the Portfolio, Links, and FAQ modules, we don't display the item 'count'
  • We display the 'Files' categories (virtual folders for traditional file manager), we probably shouldn't display this when elFinder is the selected file manager
  • We don't seem to be displaying all the Portfolio categories when managing Site categories (may be a specific site issue?)
