Feature request: add 'author' meta to head config

We should probably include the theme 'author' in our page output using the entry.

We also might want to optionally include the theme name in the output, perhaps the 'Generator' meta?

We also need a way to pass stylesheet links such as fonts to the expTheme::head() method. 'link' parameter is partially implemented but doesn't allow an array of links.
