Feature request - Add option to select module heading level

Because of the way SEO indexing works, H1 tags get precedence, but on many pages (like home pages) we have too many H1 tags since all non-headline views use H1 for the module title. In practice, there should only be one H1 heading level per page. We should probably allow for/set the header tag level in the module configuration settings. This would require updating most of our views!
