Feature request - Update to YUI 3.13.0

v3.13.0 deprecates and/or removes several things which would/might hinder Exponent
- all swf's are removed, but I'm pretty sure we've moved past these with our uploader, etc...
- yui2in3 is deprecated, but not yet removed...we make a lot of use in some of our older code
