Feature request - Add a site setting to resize all quick uploaded images

This would place a 'Force all Quick Uploads to be Downsized to a Max Height or Width of: ___' setting in the site configuration File Manager/Uploader Settings tab.
May want to also do something for the virtual folder of all quick uploads?
